Admin Assistant/Data Entry Clerk
Compensation: $37,360.00 - $52,710.00 /year *

Responsibilities / Duties:
Prepare and edit all communications electronic communications such as emails, faxes, and phone calls on behalf of operations manager
Act as a liaison between operations manager and employees and other departments
Maintain schedule for operations manager
Monitor employee attendance and maintain attendance log
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment
Expert level written and verbal communication skills; ability to create professional emails.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
Ability to make effective judgement calls
High attention to detail
Advanced proficiency of Excel, Outlook & Word
Must speak fluent Spanish
Willingness to work extended hours if necessa
