This long-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity is based in the Dallas, Texas area.

Major responsibilities

- Prevent assembly errors by maintaining an organized work station

- Employ clerical tasks like word processing, filing, scanning, archiving, and faxing

- Document, batch, and/or distribute mail and packages

- Acquire high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents within specified guidelines

- Use mail processing equipment

- Guide employees complete diverse projects as necessary

- Deliver data within allotted time frames

- Care for optimal machine performance by troubleshooting simple problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.)

- Accept and sort all incoming mail and packages from various carriers

Job Requirements:
- Familiar with handling office equipment

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proficient in mail processing at organizational level

- Foundational knowledge in Clerical Duties

- Provide Clerical Support experience highly desired

- Daily Mail experience desired

- Activity Logs experience

- Distribute Incoming Mail experience

- 1+ years of prior experience working in a high-volume mailroom setting

- Strong time management skills preferred

- Fulfill general clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature

- To be considered, you should be flexible and focused
