Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12-13 months
Requires proficiency in two to three vendor software programs. Provides support to one or two department managers and their staffs. Duties may include word processing, editing existing documents, keying information into existing templates, database upkeep. Previous clerical experience is necessary. Moderate to minimal supervision is provided.
It would be great if person is organized, has a background in graphic design, experience in powerpoint, creating agenda, tracking actions and meeting minutes, etc. MUST HAVES; organization skills, friendly since they will be first point of contact with guests, creative, background in powerpoint, would be helpful if they have a background in graphic design or communications, experience with meeting minutes and agendas, event planning/organizing, flexible and adaptable, able to handle sensitive information and keep confidentiality, able to prioritize and facilitate, attention to detail, works well with others.
